Suzanne Berger became a full-time career consultant and formed Fresh Perspectives Career Consulting in 2021 to use her expertise to help others create success in their careers. She helps clients discover unrealized potential and deepen their understanding of the value they bring to a new opportunity, whether due to a career transition, a growth position within their current company, or exploring an opportunity at a new firm. 


Suzanne’s insider insight as a hiring manager brings a unique perspective to career coaching and mentoring engagements. Her approach is centered on encouraging clients to develop confidence in themselves and their abilities as they enhance job skills and evaluate their accomplishments while developing the materials they need for a successful job search.

Most recently, Suzanne was a leader in Human Resources at Wells Fargo Bank for 12 years, managing delivery teams, facilitating small group learning teams, and leading enterprise-wide initiatives with bottom-line impact. She has credentials in coaching and  business areas that are advantageous in supporting her clients:

  • GetFive Certified Coach 

  • Certified Career Coach and Certified Professional Coach through the World Coach Institute

  • Bachelor of Science in Economics with majors in Finance and Marketing from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania

  • Project Management Professional certification through PMI

  • Certified Scrum Product Owner through Scrum Alliance

  • Authorized DISC Administrator


Suzanne is known for thinking outside of the box and formulating creative solutions to work through challenges. She has a track record of reenergizing teams by building trust and encouraging teamwork to help individuals create a team culture of support. 

Tenets of Suzanne’s Approach

  • Helping clients build self-confidence in their skills and talents is crucial to success in their job search and current jobs. 

  • Every person has a skill or attribute that they are uniquely talented at – the key is to help each client discover what that is and help them showcase it.

  • A “one size fits all” approach to coaching does not work for all clients. Clients are unique individuals who deserve a custom approach to achieving their individual goals.
